Hourly pass Options
If you are just visiting Colorado Springs and are looking for some quality family time, Our short-term passes are perfect for your schedule. Our most popular is the 2 Hour Pass for only 50% more.

Membership options
Unlimited Memberships are ongoing until cancelled. Once registered, a minimum of 30 days is required to cancel automatic billing.
personal training rates
In our gym app, you can book Classes at just $12 per Group Fitness Class. Valid with any membership plan.
Personal Training (1on1)is just $55 per 75 minute session.
Discounted events for members
Members receive discounts on every Ninja Competition including UNAA, FINA, CNL, and Special events hosted at LIW!
