Would you like to get a head start on building the skills necessary to get your first job or enhance your current skill set to advance to the next level?
If you want to enhance your work skills and like the idea of helping others achieve their goals but you’re not sure where to begin then our workshop is for you! Join us for a hands-on learning adventure while we have fun and create meaningful connections. This five day, three hour a day course is designed to help you discover the skills and character employees are looking for. We are partnering with local businesses as they recruit new employees for seasonal positions.
* Note: On Friday, June 16, the workshop will be held at the Colorado Kids Farm in Monument. We will utilize mid-sized animals for object lessons in leadership.

Workshop Leaders
Matt and Brandi Patterson have been teaching and leading people for over 30 years. Matt has led high school and college-aged students, worked for global IT corporations and served 18 years as a Pastor/IT Director in Colorado Springs. Brandi has a Master’s Degree in Education, 25 years of teaching experience in traditional and homeschooling arenas. She is the founder of a student council and leadership program at a local high school. She and Matt currently co-teach a uniquely designed high school leadership class through Thrive Leader Development focusing on leader skills, character and Christian discipleship.

Additional Information
Dress: Clothes suitable for Colorado weather, ninja course activity and a farm environment. Closed toed shoes are required.
What to Bring: Sunscreen and a water bottle
